I've spent 20 years as a retail buyer working for some of the biggest names on the high street. During my time I have been responsible for multi-million pound budgets, launched 1000’s of products and have built sourcing and product strategies which in turn have grown market share and most importantly, grown revenue and profits.  

Since leaving my corporate career, I have been on my own entrepreneurial journey, building my very own niche fashion brand. During this time I have collaborated and worked with so many fellow small businesses, and I have realised the difficulties and struggles they go through. So now I'm determined to share that knowledge, with you and I'm excited to be introducing the Passion for Product™ program that I have created just for you!

Passion for Product™ is a unique group training program which takes you step by step through the journey of the Retail Product Cycle. With the consumer at the very heart of your business, together we will teach you the fundamentals of how to build a retail strategy using our unique 9-box method. You will learn all the tools you need to plan, source, buy, manage, market and sell your products to your ideal customer using the framework of the Retail Product Cycle.

Between the four of us we have a combined retail experience of over 80 years in the field of head office retail buying, merchandising, marketing and operations. So, we’ve got you covered from all angles!  

Being on this program will literally mean that you will have a Buyer, Merchandiser, Marketer and our very own resident Mindset Coach at your fingertips. You will be able to ask for any help you may need or questions that you may have for the duration of the 12-week program in a dedicated private community group setting. 

We will take you through a unique program step by step through the Retail Product Cycle and teach you everything you need to know about running a small physical product retail business. All the jargon and terminology will be explained in easy to follow step by step modules which will be delivered live via webinar and downloadable workbooks. By the end of the program, you will take away a 9-box strategy for your own business and have the big business tools to deliver it.  

Group training programs work best as you have peer support in an accountability community group with access to four experts to ask questions through the duration of the course. (The accountability group remains open for a further four weeks after the course has ended).
